A.You must have a minimum of $30,000 in liquid assets available to invest to be considered for a Two4One® franchise. A franchise applicant’s net worth may also be a factor depending on their location, the requirements of the state in which they reside, and their sales production history.
Q. Do I have to hold a Real Estate Brokers license to purchase a Two4One® franchise?
A. We require that at least one of the principle owners operate the awarded franchise as Designated Broker.
Q. What are the Two4One® Real Estate Royalties?
A. 5% of the gross commissions earned by the franchise office.
Q. Is there an advertising fee?
A. Yes, 1% of the gross commissions earned by the franchise office.
Q. How much money can I expect to make?
A. Two4One® does not make earnings claims. The franchisees ability to manage the day to day operation,
finances, their overall knowledge of the Real Estate industry and other factors specific to each geographical
location will determine how much money one will make.
Q. What is the typical office size?
A. Office sizes range anywhere from an approved 120 square foot home office to a small executive suite. In
some cases, store front locations may be required that range from 900 to as much as 1600 square foot.
Q. How long will it take to open a Two4One® office?
A.
Approximately 30 - 90 days from the signing of your franchise agreement. Time may vary based on site
selection, training schedules, and overall business preparations.
Q. How will I learn to operate the Two4One® system?
A. A comprehensive training program will provide you with everything you need to know to operate your
Two4One® office.
Q. Does Two4One® have an advertisement program?
A. Two4One® has a complete arsenal of proven marketing materials available through approved suppliers to all
franchisees.
Q. Do I need Real Estate sales experience?
A. Yes! Two4One® franchises are awarded to individuals that have a proven track record of sales success in the
Real Estate industry. Two4One® is designed to assist professionals in closing more sales, obtaining
business more easily, and realizing greater profit margins with lower overhead. Two4One® should not be
considered a substitute for inexperience or poor work ethics.
